This denim skirt was rebuilt with bright floral cotton panels stitched down the front and carried through to the back pockets. Each panel is a mix of vintage-inspired florals in pinks, purples, yellows, and blues, cut and pieced like a patchwork quilt. Two butterfly appliqués rest on the front, adding color and texture against the denim.
The skirt buttons down the front and holds its structure with the original sturdy denim while the added fabric softens the look and gives it a playful, one-of-a-kind personality. The back pockets are finished with matching floral panels, tying the design together from every angle.
